Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nurlify AI ("Nurlify", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website and web app at nurlify.com and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nurlify is a subscription-based software product. You give the assistant a task in plain language and it helps you carry out everyday online work such as researching information, monitoring web pages for changes, organizing your inbox, and generating documents and spreadsheets. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us at support@nurlify.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions, billing and payments

• The Service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription across our Starter, Pro and Business plans.
• Our order process and payments are handled by an authorized payment partner acting as the Merchant of Recordfor orders, which handles billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. The payment partner's buyer terms also apply to your purchase and are presented at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• send spam, malware, or carry out fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity;
• violate the terms of service of third-party websites you instruct the Service to interact with.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or discontinue features over time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurlify is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. The Service assists with tasks but you remain responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
